Kevin has become more aggressive this year and his numbers show it. He’s got more HR, RBI, K, but less BB which shows in the numbers above. The nice thing to see is that he’s hitting more HR from his FB. Overall I think that his numbers will improve once the Sox get back to full help. Obviously he is still more valuable OBP leagues than regular leagues.

Delgado is having a slight renaissance and after his 9 RBI game against the Yanks, you should see what you can get for him. I say this because he’s hitting twice as many GB as FB, which is not very conducive for hitting HR.
